Just because you can’t have ice cream doesn’t mean you have to deny yourself the sweet, creamy taste of nostalgia.

Root beer floats are simple: ice cold root beer poured over two scoops of vanilla Tofutti in a tall frosted glass. I prefer Tofutti because its texture is smooth and creamy, but any brand will do.
